Defiant Rising

My art symbolizes women who don’t fit cleanly inside their frames. They don’t stay contained, they embrace their inner defiance and find ways to crack, drip, spill, and shatter the shapes that try to hold them.

I work in modern acrylic, layering bold color with heavy texture, mixing realism with graphic edges. I like the tension between clean structure and emotional chaos; the push-pull of conformity and self-expression. My paintings are often loud even when the world expects me to be quiet.

My work isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being willing; willing to feel, willing to break, willing to be different, willing to be defiant.
